Casing points, hole size, cmt, general lithology, that sort of thing for basic illustration purposes. It does not add in formation tops but those could be added with a bit of creative powerpointing or somesuch of a screen shot. I have a template I can send you with basics. For more complex stuff you then need to advance to Visio where there are many templates to resource for this. You have to open the drawing tools. View, Toolbars, Drawing.
